This notebook was never part of a grand plan — it began with a quiet moment in my living room, watching my daughter, Aisha.

I had tried so many ways to help her engage with Islamic learning. But the long lessons overwhelmed her, and the memorisation drills left her feeling disconnected. Then one day, she picked up a notebook and pencil — and something changed. Her eyes lit up. She began to draw, to write, to ask questions. She began to connect.

That’s when I realised — she didn’t need more rules. She needed a relationship. A space where she could explore her Deen naturally, creatively, and with joy.

As a mum of four, I know how hard it is to make time for deep, meaningful learning. But helping my children fall in love with Allah is my greatest priority. So I created My Islamic Notebook — first for Aisha, and now for other children like her.

This notebook isn’t perfect. But it’s real. It’s filled with heart. It’s a calm space where a child can feel seen, loved, and gently guided to remember Allah ﷻ — not through pressure, but through presence.

Alhamdulillah, what started as something small for my daughter has now become something special for families around the world. I pray it brings light, love, and lasting faith to every child who opens its pages.
